Blacksmithing Stag & Hen Party Experiences
We tailor every Stag and Hen party to suit each particular group, to ensure your close friends have the best possible time! Whether you are a band of Viking warriors, Forged in Fire fanatics, or girly girls, we can create an experience to suit you.
This experience is perfect for anyone (even total beginners and first-timers) who would like to try their hand at Blacksmithing and Bladesmithing. You will learn the traditional techniques passed down through the ages including forging, grinding, and heat treating.
The experience can be half day, one-day or two-day.
We can discuss potential products or you can approach us with ideas of your own. Ideal projects include:
- Knifemaking (Viking Knives, Kitchen knives, Hunting knives, Bush craft knives)
- BBQ Tools (tongs, forks, steak flippers and pokers)
- Steel Jewellery
- If you wish, the Stag+Groomsmen or Hen+Bridesmaids can work together on a more complex project such as a sword, wine rack, shoe rack, etc.
... or anything else your imagination can conjure!
The Kerr Forge Blacksmith, Jon, will be alongside to help and advise at every step to ensure you take home products you are proud to use for a lifetime.
