Viking Jewellery Making Day

Course price: £220 per person, or couple working together.*

Duration: 8hrs, one day.

*Please note: As with the "couples day" course, two people can attend this course on a single ticket and work together on a series of shared projects at one workstation. If you wish to attend as a couple but both forge all day on independent projects please book two tickets.

For bookings of 2 people, you will receive a £60 discount at checkout (equivalent to £190 per person).

For bookings of 3 people to make 3 knives, you will receive a £90 discount at checkout (equivalent to £190 per person).

Have you ever thought about making your own jewellery? Perhaps for yourself, or as a gift for a friend or loved one?

This one-day course will take you step-by-step through the process of forging your own viking style jewellery in our little forge in Benfleet, Essex.

You will have a choice of which items you want to make, and you can make as many items as time will allow during the day (for most students this is two or three pieces). The materials are free and unlimited for the day.

Examples include pendants, bracelets and bangles, broaches, and hairpins, or rings.

The Kerr Forge Blacksmith, Jon, will be alongside to help and advise at every step to ensure you take items you are proud to wear for a lifetime.

What's included in the price?

All the tools and materials required to make your jewellery will be provided. At the end of the course, you will take home the items you forged.

Soft drinks, tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
